Learn how to insert a zip, such a useful skill! We will be making two fully lined bags, no seams showing. They have so many uses, and make great gifts too.
Beware, you may become addicted to making these bags!!
Day 1 - Get to know your sewing machine and Learn to sew an envelope cushion
Day 2 - Learn to sew a tote bag and Learn to sew zipped bags
1 -2 - 1 Sewing
Learn to use your machine with a private 1-2-1 lesson
If you don't fancy joining a small group workshop, then you can always book a 1-2-1 lesson by getting in touch
This lesson is designed to teach you the basics of machine sewing and get you started.
You will learn how to set up your machine, thread it, wind a bobbin, select stitches, change the needle, change the sewing foot, adjust the tension, use your handwheel and practice sewing different stitches
You can bring along your own machine, or use one of ours
£45 per hour
