Highly recommended! This course runs at your own pace, with a great tutor and you learn not to be so scared of your machine (or at least I did!). Really good value and you learn enough to get you started making simple things.

Simply all it should be. Lovely location, easy access from motorway, small group, very clear instruction from Judi at a pace which suited all, one stage at a time. Judi had time to assist everyone when they needed it. She is a very good tutor. We finished 2 zip bags on the day, most other workshops I've gone to need the work to be finished as home. I will definitely keep an eye out for more workshops.

This was my second session and I loved it. Judi explains things clearly and she makes sure she has time to help everyone. I don’t have my own machine yet and was able to use Judis which was great. I loved the fact I could make something I was proud of and take home to use. I am brand new to machine sewing and fully recommend.

I hadn't used a sewing machine before I started Judi's workshops .
Judi's is a fantastic teacher very patient and willing to explain if you get stuck on anything.Her instructions are very easy to follow and the choice of fabrics are great .
I can't wait to make more beautiful things I'm loving these workshops .

I really enjoyed both the workshops I attended at the weekend. The small groups are great as it gives us the opportunity to ask any questions we need to ask, and the opportunity for individual help where needed. You make things as simple as possible and give clear instructions, so at the end of the course I felt really pleased with what I had achieved.

Had a great day with Judi Glover on her learn to sew and made a fantastic envelope cushion cover, a drawer string bag and drinks coasters, all of which we were able to take home. I had never used my sewing machine and by the end of the day felt completely comfortable with it. I was with a lovely group of ladies and Judi couldn’t have been nicer, so patient and informative. I have already booked my next course, curtain making next!

I recently attended the beginners workshop, had a great time and was useful to finally be able to use my sewing machines. Judi was both helpful and patient as i was an absolute beginner. The tote bag and coasters were an added bonus to have something to take home upon completion.

I normally use my machine for quilting & have never done any dressmaking. This was a superb workshop,everything was explained carefully & Judi seemed to know exactly when one of us needed some extra help. I had never put in a zip or made a buttonhole but I now feel confident to tackle both & will certainly enrol on more of Judi's courses.
