Get to know your sewing machine 1-2-1

This class will be held via Zoom video platform. This allows individuals to be taught within their own home and with their own machine. The class is perfect for beginners as it is interactive both ways and therefore questions can be answered directly. You do not need a paid Zoom account for this.

This is a 2hr one to one session, we will cover the basics of your machine;

threading, winding a bobbin, tension, what each part of the machine is for, how to replace a needle, how to change feet (you may have had some accessories with the machine and wondering what they are for - we can identify these)

We will practice stitches and make a drawstring bag a during the course of the lesson we will cover common mistakes and tips on how to avoid them.

At the end of the session, you will receive written notes by email and instructions for the drawstring bag which you will have made during the time.
