This is a gorgeous double zip pouch that is perfect for a huge variety of uses, I use mine for carrying my phone and credit cards when I go shopping, as everything is contactless now, no need for a big purse, I even use it around the house. Its great for dog walking too, treats, poo bags and house keys all in one place!

This is a great intermediate project as you can build your skills sewing in two zips.

The project is best completed in a strong cotton, or thin denim/canvas with a craft cotton or polycotton for the lining.

Your fabric can be new or upcycled (nothing too thick)

You will need;

1 fat quarter for the exterior  (or 0.25m of fabric off the roll)

The same as above in cotton or polycotton for the lining

2 x  8"/20cm standard nylon No 3 dress zips (or a longer length will be fine)

1 x 'D' ring (if using)

During the class you need a sewing machine with a zip foot, an iron and ironing board, plus standard sewing kit
