Come along and join other like minded people on this day workshop, bring your own machine, or use one of ours.

I will guide you through the basics of using a machine, from how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine to making a buttonhole!

The day is divided into two halves, in the morning we cover all the basics of the machine, and then get to make one or two small simple items to practice our new skills.

In the afternoon you will have a choice of making an envelope cushion or a handy tote bag.

All materials are provided and written instructions are available to take home.

Most importantly, this is a relaxed fun workshop, where everything can be explained and demonstrated several times so that you will fully understand..... I like everyone to go home with a happy face!

If you have already attended the 'Get to Know your Sewing Machine' 3hr workshop or can use your machine a little and would like to join for the afternoon only then that is also an option. Similarly, you can come along for the morning only to learn the basics of using your machine.  If you would like to do this, please message me so that I can adjust the payment for you.
